An order is only considered confirmed once we have successfully received and processed your payment and issued an order confirmation.

We encourage you to double-check your cart, shipping details, and payment information before finalizing checkout. Cancellation requests can generally only be honored if your order has not yet entered the fulfillment stage; once fulfillment has started, we are typically unable to make changes. If we are unable to accept, must modify, or need to cancel your order for any reason, we will attempt to reach you using the contact details provided at checkout, whether that is your email address, phone number, or billing information.

All returns, exchanges, and refund requests are handled according to our Return Policy & Refund Policy.

Chronveil store runs on the Shopify platform, which supports the technical delivery of our Services.
