If purchased we can also provide the structural plans that have been signed and stamped by a licensed structural engineer. You will also receive the 3D plans of how we intended this build to be laid out, should you want it. Selling ‘as is’ for 9K, and can offer additional modifications/ finishes for an additional cost if you are interested.
