Constructed from a one-trip high cube container (measuring 9′6″ in height), this unit offers more headroom than a standard container, enhancing the feeling of openness in the office area.

The interior has been insulated to support the climate control system; this process includes the application of Styrofoam panel insulation on the walls and a double layer on the ceiling to maintain internal temperatures.

Regarding its configuration, the space is designed for hybrid use. The rear of the unit retains its robust cargo doors, facilitating the loading of large equipment or pallets via forklift. Simultaneously, the side-entry roll-up door—complete with a rain pan to prevent water intrusion—allows for frequent, small-item retrieval without needing to open the main cargo area.

Lighting is provided by standard 4-foot LED fixtures, ensuring the interior is well-lit for inventory management. Electrical rough-ins have been completed; however, final grounding and connection to a power source must be performed by a licensed electrician to ensure the system functions safely.

The exterior is finished in a selected Base Palette color to present a professional appearance suitable for commercial environments.
